Masaito Development Corporation: Nostalgia in Intramuros

Masaito Development Corporation always knew how to treat its people right and indeed the Annual Awarding Ceremonies last February 17, 2009, a night to remember! The top performing brokers, and agents were treated to wonderfully nostalgic night in the quaint but elegant venue of Barbara’s, Casa Manila in the walled city of Intramuros.
The top performers including the top ten brokers (in order from the top: JZ Realty, Tapang Realty, Omniland Estate, CV Morota, RCD Realty, Metroland Realty, LJS Realty, D’ Partners, Powertouch, and Rise n’ Shine); the top agents lead by Erlinda Caga and Ma. Rosario Calixtro both of JZ Realty, Aurelia Compio of Tapang Realty, Michaela Go of RCD Realty, Flordeliza Salazar of D’ Partners, Roremel Cabarubias of Foremost A, Lanie VAlinton of JZ Realty, Rommel Caganan of Omniland Realty, Caridad Dalisay of CV Morota, Helen Somera of JZ Realty, Jerome Simborio of Golden Rule, and Evelyn Latchica of Jonrex Realty, were treated to a grand party filled with great food (as is always at Barbara’s), beautiful music, dance, and of course, the warmth of laughter and family in the Masaito tradition.
The hardworking men and women of Masaito Development Corporation received their trophies and huge checks (literally and figuratively) from the President of the company, Mr. Joseph C. Wang and AVP for Sales and Marketing, Ms. Tzarina G. Saldaña. Indeed Masaito wanted its beloved agents and brokers to feel that we are one big family and that the grand party and abundant rewards is just another way for the larger Masaito family to show its affection and gratitude to these special members of the family.
There was also a beautiful number near the end of the program from none other than Mr. Raymond Lauchenco who crooned to the guests, timeless favorites, that got the crowd singing along. Of course, the Pinoy can never pass up a chance to take pictures with a celebrity. There were also song numbers from Masaito’s very own celebrity PR consultant, Ms. Rina Reyes, and enchanting dance numbers from the Karangahan Philippine Dance Company.
Truly, it was a night that will never be forgotten, for most of the attendees, for the staff of Masaito, and most especially for the best brokers for whom the whole celebration was especially dedicated for.
Masaito continues on with its projects in the Cavite and Pampanga for the year 2009, offering the most reasonable schemes to provide the Filipino with a dream home.
