After 30 years in the real estate business, I am very pleased to see Masaito Development Corporation grow from its humble roots to what it is right now. An organization passionate to provide Filipino families, not just houses, but truly quality homes in well planned communities. Creating “value for money” to result in happy homeowners is a vision I share with the senior managers, who in turn will execute our programs with the same tenacity and dedication as Masaito should be known for.

MDC is not a single person, but an entire organization in the pursuit of service excellence. We are not after just the sale, but we strive to foster stronger partnerships with the buyers, contractors, suppliers and our very own employees.
