Fired up with the desire to develop middle class residential communities, Masaito Development Corporation was established, pioneering housing projects in Paranaque.

To answer the government's call for an affordable solution to the nation's housing problem, MDC conceived CITIHOMES BUILDER AND DEVELOPMENT (CBDI), which was in turn, tasked to develop low cost housing communities.

MDC continued to develop master-planned communities that features plush amenities and modern conveniences providing upgraded lifestyle.

This dedication and commitment of Masaito in community development and lifestyle improvement prompted the creation of its Five projects - Vallejo Place, Bellazona and Covina Villas in Cavite; and Brentwood Village and Gardens of Brentwood in Pampanga.
