1. Where are the projects of Masaito Development Corp. located?

Masaito Development Corporation is currently developing master-planned communities in Cavite namely Covina Villas in Imus, Vallejo Place in Molino, and Bellazona in Bacoor. MDC also conquered Pampanga province by developing its prime project, Brentwood in Mabalacat.

MDC continues to expand its projects to other areas.


2. What are the financing options?

MDC creates different financing schemes that make owning a property much easier through its In-house Financing. Should you wish to avail of other methods of payment, bank financing and Pag-IBIG loans are also available to qualified individuals.


3. What are the requirements for reservation?

Reserving a property is easy. Just follow the necessary procedures:
Accomplished Reservation Agreement (RA)
Personal Interview
Presentation of Proof of Income/Payslip
Payment of required Reservation Fee
Pre-signing of Housing Loan Documents


4. What are the documents required to acquire a property?

You will be required to submit the following necessary documents

Latest ID Picture 1X1 colored – 2 original copies
Birth Certificate (if single) – 2 photocopies
Marriage Contract (if married) – 2 photocopies
Death Certificate (if widow) – 2 photocopies
Latest Residence Certificate – 2 photocopies
TIN Card – 2 photocopies
Two Valid IDs (Driver’s License, PRC license comp. ID) – 2 photocopies
Latest six (6) months bank statement – 2 photocopies
Last three (3) months pay slip – 1 original and 2 photocopies
Proof of Billing – 1 original and 2 photocopies

5. Can a foreigner / a Filipino with foreign citizenship own a house and lot property?

A foreigner cannot own a house and lot property under the Philippine law. However, if he/she is married to a Filipina/Filipino, they can acquire a property with the accomplishment of the required Affidavit of Waiver.

On the other hand, a Filipino with foreign citizenship can own a house and lot property with the accomplishment of the required Affidavit of Former Filipino Citizenship.


6. How long would it take to construct a house?

After all the necessary documents have been processed and payments made promptly, a house should be constructed within 4 to 6 months.


7. How accessible are the houses to commercial establishments?

It is Masaito’s thrust to provide comfort and convenience to its clients. To add value to their projects, MDC has provided commercial properties within its scope of business. SM Molino Super Center, SM Clark, and other banking institutions are located within Masaito’s commercial spaces.


8. How can I be assured that my family is safe in the subdivision?

Your family’s safety in our subdivision is important to us. Every subdivision has its own security guards at the entrance gate.


9. How can I be assured that my house is durable?

The houses and construction materials of Masaito Development Corporation passed the standards of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). Also, MDC’s Construction and Engineering Department made sure that all the construction materials used in building the houses are of high quality.
