Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the President in planning & implementing expansion & or other business development & programs

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • MUST have 3 years minimum experience from a real estate company
  • Must be a CPA
  • Must be familiar with financial audit, analysis and reporting
  • With experience in setting up, streamlining business/work processes, writing & implementing policies and standard operating procedures
  • Experience in design, implementation and monitoring of Financial Controls.
  • Able to handle stress and workload in a fast paced environment.
  • With solid leadership competencies, result-oriented, proactive and possesses a mature disposition
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethics
  • Solid business judgment
  • Dedicated team player
  • Articulate both in oral & business writing communication
    Accounting Assistant

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • With exposure in AP/AR, General Accounting, Bookkeeping and others.
  • With good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer software such as MS Word and Excel.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Full-Time positions available.
