Cost Engineer
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

Prepares estimate for housing, land development and other structures pertaining to the development of subdivisions. Projects estimates to determine the type of materials needed, quantity take off, materials and labor cost which will serve as a basis for the selling price, budget allocation, purchase, issuance, building permit application and awarding of contracts to respective contractors. Also, prepares engineering plans with structural computations for the projects to ensure the structural stability and compliance with existing structural code of the Philippines

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

    Site Engineer

    Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the timely completion of quality standard and control over the construction of housing units & land development.

    Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Validation of plan against installed material
  • Validation of established timeline

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino

    Responsibilities:

    Produces final copies of complete drawings architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical works using computer and manual presentations. Provides assistance to the Design Architect by producing working drawings and details. Prepares design schemes for the Design Architect’s approval

    Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Architecture or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
